can you develop a new feature with OsProperty ?

Hi Dam,
I think This feature doesn't supported with no component from OsSolution ?
So, can you to develop for us a new feature with OsPropert'y ?
We need to send automatically a notification email to registered, when news properties are added match with wishlist.
Let me know how much it is ?
