it will be cool to have the condition of a propretis to use like a discriminat (like categorys if you know what i mean)
like a home can be NEW, rennoveted , in construction, to renovate ecc....

sorry dam meaby i wos not so clear how it think... the condition status should be a littel drop down list custumizable and should notthing to do whit the category listening it's just the show the condition status of the proprety becouse hear in italy we need to say that u buy the home "how it is" and conditions of a proprety is one most valuable option to considering a proprety.. for now it is not a problem becouse i wil put it in a extra fild and make it serchable. but you know im suggesting it to make a good joomla commponet a real great and better componet.
