Try to use [AVATAR] tag. It should work

For this, I will need to check it directly on your site. Please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site and tell us step by step what we need to do to see the error

We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted

Turned out the avatar not being displayed properly in member card because it has space characters in filename. I made some changes to handle spaces and it is working as expected now
