Payment Gateways

My workplace is working on a subscription platform for users from all over the world who will be able to buy subscriptions and download content with the EDocman component most likely. I know a lot of users will be coming from China and I am wondering what payment gateway should I go for. I have done some research and it looks like Stripe Checkout can do Normal cards and on the Stripe website, they say that they have some cooperation / solutions with Alipay and Wechat which are very China friendly. I am wondering how does Stripe Checkout work with the China market, are there any restrictions or is there some other payment gateway that you think that I should go for instead?
Also we have created a demo website to test all those solutions out before we start using them on our main site. If I buy Membership Pro can I use it on two websites? my demo website and then my actual website once all solutions have been successfully implemented?

- For Stripe Checkout, it will redirect users to Stripe for processing payment. So if Stripe Checkout supports Alipay and Wechat, users from China will be able to use these payment options. You should contact Stripe support and ask them to confirm that Stripe Checkout support these payment options

- Yes, don't worry. Feel free to use Membership Pro on your dev site and later use it on your live site
