we can't find any way for our members to renew the subcription. we have made sure all options enabling renewal are activated. we want to put in the renewal page (short code) but the page is blank. we've tried to send the members the renewal link with the short code within the reminder email but after we clicked the link, the page shows fee is already paid. we tried this after we extended how early they can renew their membership. our paypal has no issue. there's no major change. and this is so frustrating as it needs to be resolved before the end of the year.
