automatic renewal with offline payment

Hi everyone, 

I have a problem with the offline payment plugin of membership pro. 
Sometimes the subscription isn't renewed as many times as it should be. But other times it renews even though it's supposed to have ended.

What can I do please ? Most of my custumers use offline payments and they call frequently for these kind of problems.

It's hard to understand the actual issue without checking the data. So for this, please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site and tell me what is wrong with data of some sample subscriptions

I will check to see what's wrong and find a solution
