Resending Confirmation Email for new Subs. was created by Eric Upchurch
I need to send the confirmation email again because the link expired after being sent, because the confirmation email landed in their "Spam" folder. When they click on the confirmation link, they receive the 403 error below. Please respond to (upchurch343@gmail.com)

What confirmation link you are talking about here? Could you send me that link?
Look like you are talking about the link users click on to activate their account? If so, 403 error might happens because user registration is not enabled on your site. Go to Users -> Manage, click on Options button in the toolbar. Then set Allow User Registration parameter to Yes, save it and it should solve the issue
