Hello, I would like to create a box/line around a specific area of the content in the membership form.
Please let me know how to achieve this.

Hi Joanne

You can ask for help from a good css developer (I'm not good at css), but since the box contains two fields, I don't think that it is possible

Instead of CSS, can you let me know a good divider between the fields?
TEXT field?
Something to delineate between the two fields horizontally?

Maybe you can use Message field and put a hr tag in the description of that field
