Call to undefined method Joomla\CMS\Factory::getContainer() was created by kanal72@yandex.ru
I purchased the Membership component; the product page says it supports Joomla 3.9.0 + (my site is running 3.9.20).
However, during installation I get the error “0 Call to undefined method Joomla\CMS\Factory::getContainer()” — it turns out the extension was written for Joomla 4/5.
What should I do?

Hi

For Joomla 3, we have a separate package for it. So please submit a support ticket, we will send you the version which you can install on your Joomla 3 website from there
