view member record without edit - front end

HI Tuan

We have a page for site admins with a frontend menu item Subscriptions Management"
When they click a record it takes them into the edit mode for that member.  We would like only to be able to enter edit mode for a record from the backend.

Would it be possible to view the full record of the member without it being in edit mode?  (view or read only)
