Hi Tuan

We have a batch of Members who are already paying by PayPal recurring payments.
We are now adding Membership Pro to the website to manage the membership.

Can the existing PayPal payments be linked into our Members on the website when we import them, or will the members have to re-set up recurring payments via the website themselves?

I hope that makes sense.
Thanks
Alison

Hi Alison

How your existing members subscribed for these plans? You can add these members into Membership Pro, however, we need to know what URL PayPal sends notification to when the payments for these recurring subscriptions happens to see if it works

Tuan

Hi Tuan

The PayPal response URL is  www.professionalreflexology.org/prx_pp4u/prx_70rd44e.php
However it appears to be disabled at the moment, should we activate it?

Hi Alison

is that PHP file still exists on your server? Look like it does not exist anymore and that could be the reason the IPN URL is disabled

Anyway, if you import subscriptions, please make sure having subscription_id column with recurring profile ID of the existing subscriptions. That is required for renewal continue working well

Yes, that's right. Keep in mind that it is not Transaction ID (but the value you show here look correct to me)

Tuan
