When I try to update it it comes up with error connecting to server

Hi Chris

It could be because of wrong Download ID or the subscription was expired. Please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site so that I can check it further

The user I used to log onto this forum was webmaster@baileyownersclub.org, which I assume is the super user
