Hello, Member Card is enabled but no card i generated, i even activate admin side download feature but there is nothing to download, maybe i missed some thing ?

Hi Jen

It is not only need to be enabled in Configuration of Membership Pro but needs to be enabled inside each plan you need this feature. Maybe you forgot to enable it inside the plan ?

Not very easy to have a "nice" pdf card but will deal with,
I would suggest a better editor for this kind of pdf generation there are lot of open source tool that can be embed into membership pro !

It is not easy, indeed. Formatting PDF is much difficult compare to HTML because not all HTML code and css code are supported in PDF

I would suggest you to use MPDF plugin docs.joomdonation.com/membershippro/plugins/mpdf . It will help you to format PDF easier

Thank you, i i,nstalled it ! btw, the generated invoice format is no more portrait as the begening, its horizontal.
In membercar i use portrait.

Second question please, in member card i use [SUBSCRIPTION_ID] variable but it dont show any value, is it normal ?

1. For invoice format, could you please submit a support ticket so that I can check it?

2. I don't know why you want to show [SUBSCRIPTION_ID] there? I guess you need to use [ID] tag instead

Hello, how i can change the default name of the member card ? currently it use email address.
I would like to use name + ID.

Btw, is it possible to get the (joomla) user registration date to include it in the member card ? (not subscription date)

Hmm

Could you please give me a sample name of member card? From what I see, it is using username + ID of the plan already, and it is not easy to make the change (will require code modification in different places)

Hi Tuan, thank you,
I understand that the current system uses the username combined with the plan ID for member cards. However, it would be more pertinent to use the individual's full name. This would enhance personalization and recognition while aligning with common practices used in email communications. On my website for ex username = email address.

Name is something not unique, that's the reason we use username here
