Switch from username to email was created by Amanda
Hello
We're planning to switch our Membership pro configuration to use email instead of username.
My implementation plan is follows
1) Take cloud VM backup
2) Switch config to the email-as-username setting
3) Perform checkouts. (new signup, existing account login, logout, account recovery, renew expired)
The above will be tested first in non-production and actual implementation to proceed during quiet time
Are there any additional steps we should consider?
Thanks
Mark

Hi Mark
That's more than enough. I would say you are safe to turn on that config option directly on live site. But doing that on a test site to make sure it works first is also OK
Regards,
Tuan
