Custom Fields was created by Paul
Good evening Tuan....I hope all is well.
I have a problem with custom fields in Membership Pro. I have a number of custom fields with drop down boxes which we use to select one of a number of postal codes. We use these ultimately to print address labels once the data has been exported to Excel. The default state is no code selected Once selected the code remains with the Customer's record.
I have had a couple of instances where a number of these codes reset to a zero state and so the recorded code is lost.
Is there something that I am doing to cause this or are you able to explain this?
Many thanks
Good wishes
Paul

Hi Paul
Unless you can tell me step by step what I need to do to see the error, it's hard for me to guess the reason, sorry
