Hi,
Maybe my question will seem stupid but how should I use the scanner please ?

I follow the documentation. I have the member card. 

But when I click on the menu item with my mobile nothing happens.

Can you help me please ?

Hello

You just need to follow instructions at docs.joomdonation.com/membershippro/fron...items/qrcode-scanner to setup and it should would work

If the the scanner is not started when you access to the menu item using your phone, maybe it is because a problem with camera on your phone? Maybe try to use a different phone to see if it works?

Hi,
I followed this documentation. As I tried with my superadmin account, it should work. Shouldn't it?
I tried with 2 phones and it's didn't work.

I followed the instuctions you gave me.

Hi,

I tried it directly on the J5 website and it works fine. It doesn't work on the old website I migrated from J3 to J5. So It's not a problem anymore. It's amazing.
