No checkout emails sent after purchase via membership pro

Hi all. I'm using a free version of membership pro on my wordpress site and it's working great for the most part. The one task which I'm struggling with is that someone buying something from my site does not get any confirmation emails, and neither do I as an admin.I thought it was my mail/SMTP setup but I do receive any test emails sent from the membership pro plugin. Not only that but if someone cancel's a membership from my site, both the user cancelling and myself as admin get notified. It only seems to be for  purchases, yet the email template settings are the same as for the cancel options. It looks like any 'checkout' events are not triggered. Has anyone seen this before or got any tips? I've gone through various docs about mail failures but this only seems for certain operations like chekout.

Look like you are posting your question on wrong forum. Our Membership Pro extension only works with Joomla, not WordPress and we also do not have free version of the extension

You should contact the developer of the plugin you are using and ask them for support
