A choice to auto-renew or single year only

Is there a way for a member to choose to either sign up for a single year, that is, next year the membership will expire and they must pay again to continue there membership OR to select some check mark or option to have the system create the autorenewal of their account each year?  I can only find the toggle in the Subscription Plan that sets a subscription to recurring.  I don't see a way to choose from one or the other as an option.

There is no way to handle it using single plan. So the idea here is creating two different plans :

- One for manual renewal
- One for automatic/recurring renewal
