Love that there's a way to email subscribers but how can I control the send output? I don't see any configurations and AFAIK hosting doesn't much like mass mailings unless I can pause some of it at times.

UPDATE: I sent out 150 emails without issue from the back office but I'd still like to know if this has settings to slow down the send so as not to trigger a spam situation on the hosting.
