Show custom FEE values in invoice was created by Alison
Hi

I have two fee fields
  • subs_categoryNALC_Fee (setups shown here)

I want to show the fee value calculated by each field on the invoice.
When I put the tags [SUBS_CATEGORY] and [NALC_FEE] into the invoice set up it returns the Values and not the Fee Values on the invoice (screenshots showing the inovice set up, and the invoice result)

How can I show the fee value here please?
The invoice should actually read as follows
The total subscription fee is based on two elements:
ALCA Subscription fee £61.79
NALC Subscription fee £7.94
Invoice Total: £69.73

I have done it before so I am not sure what I am doing wrong

Thanks
Alison

Hi Alison

Append _FEE_VALUE at the end of field. So the tags [SUBS_CATEGORY_FEE_VALUE] and [NALC_FEE_FEE_VALUE] should work for your need

Tuan

Hi Tuan

When I export a fee field it puts the Value in the field and I want it to show the Fee Value.

So if the Vaue is 1-200 electors, I want to export the fee value of  £61.79

Thanks for your help

Hi Alison

Using syntax [FIELD_NAME_IN_UPPERCASE_FEE_VALUE]

For example, if the field is member_type, use [MEMBER_TYPE_FEE_VALUE]

Sorry Tuan

I don't understand what to change, I want to export the field using the 'Export Excel' function.

    Hi Alison

    1. The setting of the field does not look good to me. You should remove [FIELD_VALUE] from the formula you entered

    2. Currently, there is no option to export fee value of a custom fee field in the Excel export, sorry

    Ok

I added the [FIELD_VALUE] in the hope it might work.
Is there any plan to have this option for the export?

    Hi Alison

You should not add [FIELD_VALUE] as I mentioned earlier. For adding it to export, I have no plan for it for now. If there are more customers need it, I will consider supporting it in the future
