NAB Transact Plug In not processing subscription after payment completed

Hi There,

I recently purchased the NAB Transact Payment Gateway Plug In and just have one issue.
The plug in installed fine and redirects to the payment page fine also, however it doesn't appear to finalise the subscription in MP (New or Renewal) after payment has been processed. (Previously we where using PAYPAL and it worked fine)

Any ideas on why this is not happening?
