Helpdesk Pro extension broken after update

Hello,

Yesterday I updated Helpdesk Pro to the newest version, and ever since the extension no longer works.

I have tried to install the latest version manually once again, and I get this error:

Row size too large. The maximum row size for the used table type, not counting BLOBs, is 8126. This includes storage overhead, check the manual. You have to change some columns to TEXT or BLOBs
Package Update: There was an error installing an extension: com_helpdeskpro.zip

I have no idea what this means.

What can I do to fix this?

For this, we will have to check it directly on your site. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of the site

2. Access to your site database via PHPMYADMIN

I will check to see what's wrong and get it sorted
