Joomla Update Doesn't Recognize Version of Membership Pro

Hi Tuan,

I can't figure this one out.

Joomla Update says that an update is available. It says the current version of Membership Pro is 3.3.1 and that 3.4.1 is available.

If I attempt to update, the page loads for a minute and then just goes to a white screen with no UI at all.

If I check the Components -> Membership Pro -> Dashboard page, the version listed at the bottom of the page is 3.4.0.

I'm pretty confident 3.4.0 is indeed the version that I have installed but there seems to be a problem with Joomla Update.

What's wrong?

For this, I will have to check directly on your site. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can do that?
