Duplicating offline payment plugins

Hi,
In eshop the zip file containing the extension contains 'duplicated payment plugins' and 'duplicated shipping plugins'.
Could membership pro have something similar?
I am specifically looking for a duplicate of the offline payment plugin so I can have two of these running on the web site offering different payment options.
