1. Please do not post super user account of your site on a public forum like that
2. You should first updating your site to Joomla 3.10. Then go to
joomdonation.com/support-tickets.html
, submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to access to administrator area of your site. We will then help you with the installation
Please don't use Joomla 3.9. We will stop supporting it very soon (there are not many customers still use Joomla 3.9 these days, you should at least use Joomla 3.10 or better, updating the site to Joomla 4
