How to use the Export templates

Hi chaps,

I have created an export template but I can't see how to create an export using these templates.  I have searched the app and the documentation!

Hi Peter

If you have more than one export templates, when you try to export subscriptions, the system will display a popup to allow you to choose the export template you want to use.

After that, the data will be exported using the template

sorry, this isn't working. I always get just the default export format. I have two set up and the popup doesn't show.

That's strange. You can submit a support ticket sending me super admin account of your site. I will check it directly on your site for you

This is not working for us either
It also does not seem to show all the custom fields in the drop down list.

Usually, it could cause by some kind of conflict. So if it is not working, please submit a support ticket so that we can check it

For anyone searching on this topic for a solution...

I was trying to do the export from the 'Subscriptions' tab > export - THIS WILL NOT WORK WITH TEMPLATES

 

It needs to be done from the 'Export' button at the top of the page, only then will the options to choose the template will come up.
