Hi Tuan,
When a user is trying to set up group members they get this error message: You don't have permission to manage group membership
What permissions should I change?
Thanks

Hello Peter
User need to subscribe for a plan which has group membership enabled to be able to manage group members
So you should check to see if that user has an active subscription of group membership plan or not

The user is subscribed to a plan entitled Family (2 adults and 2 Children). This plan runs to 31-03-2024.
The plan is published an has Number Members Type = Fixed Number and Max Number of Group Members = 8. (ID number 6)
The Membership Pro - Group Membership Plugin is published, with 7,8, and 12 excluded.
Strangely I can add a person to the group from the back end (as Super User) but the plan owner himself cannot add people to his group through the front end.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Peter

Hi Peter
For this, I would have to check it directly on your site. Please submit a support ticket sending us:
1. Super admin account of the site
2. That group admin user account
3. Link to the group membership management page
I will check to see what's wrong and guide you to correct it

Issue solved, it was a caching issue after the upgrade.
