Screen behaviour errors was created by Peter Bibb
Hi chaps,

The screens in Membership Pro -> Subscriptions have changed formatting, and in addition it is no longer possible to click on the status to activate a subscription.  Occasionally I get  a screen saying loadArray() on null error.   Please see attachments.

I am on Joomla 4.3.3 and Membership Pro 3.4.0

    Hi Peter

I guess that error does not come from Membership Pro but from something else (the editor you are using on your site)

Could you please go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, set Editor config option to Use Site Editor (or to Tiny MCE, the editor comes from Joomla), then check it again to see if the issue sorted ?

ummm, I have just decided to cancel my subscription to JCE Editor Pro and changed the editor back to TinyMCE. This is when the error appeared. So I re-enabled JCE Editor pro and switched the editor back to JCE but it is still happening. I also tried changing to CodeMirror.

Ah, with it set back to JCE all is working properly - probably some caching somewhere. Looks like I'm destined to keep paying for JCE Editor Pro!

If the error still happens, go to System -> Global Configuration, set Debug System config option to yes

Then access to the page again. The stack trace showing the error should be displayed. Please send me screenshot of that stack traces, we will see what plugin/item causes that error

You really do not need to use JCE pro. Just standard JCE editor or Joomla core Tiny MCE will work well. Just show me the stack trace as described above and we will see which one causes the error and decide the next steps

OK Peter. When you are ready, I will be happy to take a look to determine the root reason of the error
