email address confirmation link

I get the link for new members to confirm their email address not working.
The email with the link will not be sent.
And can the link also be changed?

So members are not receiving emails when they subscribe for the plan? Could I ask what is the payment method you are using to receive payment ?

And after payment received, what's the status of the subscription record? Is it Pending or Active ?

i have 2 plans
and mainly test the basic free plan, but after registering a link is sent but to an address that is not correct

Not sure why the address is incorrect. Could you send me a sample link ?
