Hi,
I just installed the latest version (3.3.1) of Membership Pro onto our sandbox site.
Using Paypal Pro, I am getting this error:
Payment Failure
Your payment failed. Please review the reason below and try again.
Reason
This transaction cannot be processed.

Quick update, we've found that "some" cards work, and others don't. Very strange issue to troubleshoot. Perhaps an issue with PayPal?
Another observation, we noticed that on our live site, in looking at our list of payments that fail, it looks like the user will generally come back from another IP address, and it works the second time.
At first we were thinking maybe they were having "card issues" but it seems like it might be firewall / security / fraud detection related.

Hi Ben
We just passed the credit card information to PayPal for processing payment. It's up to PayPal to process that, so this is something handled by PayPal
If you want to know exactly the reasons, I'm afraid of you will need to contact PayPal and ask them about it
