The system rename itself the file attached to Mass mail in PHPxxxxxx.dat

Ciao Tuan,
Sending file as attachment in the mass mail tool, the user receive a renamed file with name phpxxxxxx.dat where the first 3 letters are always "php", all follow 6 letters "x" seems random caracters and the extension is always ".dat"
If I change the extension from .dat to the original file extension the file is readable without problems.
Should I have to change a setting?

That sound strange to me. The attachment filename should be exactly as how you uploaded (the name should not be changed)

You can submit a support ticket sending me super admin account of your site and tell me step by step what I need to do to see the error so that I can check it myself ?

Membership Pro just uses Joomla API for sending email, so I'm worry that there is something in mail library is broken (are you using latest version of Joomla 3 or latest version of Joomla 4 there?) ?
