live in the United States and have the same problem of being unable to process a PayPal Payment.
Also, I only see the PayPal (CreditCard) Option

Hello Dennis
The error message indicates that PayPal Website Payment Pro option is not enabled in your PayPal account. For this, you need to contact PayPal and ask them about it (just give them the error message and they will give you the answer)
