Recurring settings was created by intouchweb
I need to clarify the recurring settings please, specifically the "Number Payments" option.
If I want members to be able to make a payment (or a renewal) and also add one automatic renewal, should the setting be 1 or 2 ?
Secondly, in the case of automatic renewals, do we have an option to have different wording in the reminder emails?
Thanks

Hello
Number Payments is used recurring payment to limit number of payments which users have to pay for that recurring subscription:
1. If you don't set Number Payments, the recurring subscription will continue happens (forever) unless admin of users cancel the subscription
2. If you set Number Payments to 3 for example, the system will only process 3 payments for the subscription, then stop, and when no payment is processed, subscription won't be renewed anymore
Hope my answer is clear to you
Regards,
Tuan
