eway rapid plugin fatal error was created by preflight
I purchased and installed the eway rapid api payment gateway today but it threw a fatal error because it references the "payment" directory instead of the "plugins" directory.  I fixed the require statement - but just wanted to know whether this was just a typo or whether something else is wrong.

Warning: require_once(/XXXXXXXXXXXX/components/com_osmembership/payments/ewayrapid/RapidAPI.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /XXXXXXXXXXXX/components/com_osmembership/plugins/os_ewayrapid.php on line 41

Thanks @preflight . Honestly, I haven't looked at that payment plugin for long time. Look like things have been changed in Eway payment gateway (of course the typo you fixed is valid), so we will have to look at their new payment processing API and have it updated, too

I will try to find time to do that in the next 2 weeks or so

Regards,

Tuan

Does the plugin already support 3D Secure version 2? or is that part of the planned updates?

I would say it hasn't as it was developed sometime ago. I will try to work on this update ASAP and update you when it is available/completed

Much thanks. The reason is that clients wanting to turn on 3D version 2 in their eWay dashboard need the payment plugins to support it first. 3D version 1 is being turned off by credit cards in October.

From Eway website www.eway.com.au/documentation/ ,look like there are many integration options available:

- Transparent Redirect
- Direct Connection
- Responsive Shared Page

....

Do you know which method you want to use?

I would guess transparent redirect by default. But I don't think the client has a preference - they have a history of fraudulent credit card use so implementing 3DSv2 is the only thing that they care about.
