some translations won 't work

The module membership status doesn 't translate. Even though I' ve put in the translation the text still appears in English

The same is happening when I use the menu User profile. The tabs titles like "subscription history" or "edit profile" do not translate.

How can I fix this?

I guess there is some syntax error in your language file. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and tell me step by step what I need to do to see the error
