Hi Tuan,
I have some custom fields that are applicable to all plans except one. The fields are set to be shown and editable on the user profile. But they are not being displayed on the user profile edit screen for a member with an active subscription of a different plan to the one specified.
If I remove the restriction on the custom field so that it applies to all plans then it is displayed and editable. It looks like setting a field to apply to all plans except those specified is resulting in the field not be displayed on the user profile for a member of any plan. Are you able to confirm / fix that?
Thanks,
Roger

Hi Roger

As of right now, the field will only be displayed on user profile if:

- It is assigned to all plans
- Or if it is assigned to a single plan but user only has subscription of that plan

In your case, the field is assigned to different plans and we do not have a solution for it yet. Will try to see if we can come up with a solution

Regards,

Tuan

Thanks Tuan.
I'm guessing this is an issue because the user profile form relates to the subscriber (who could have active subscriptions to more than one plan) whereas the renewal form displays the correct fields because it relates to just one plan.
My implementations only ever have one active plan per user profile.
My problem is that my client has a new subscription plan which only requires a much reduced set of fields compared to the other plans. So I need some fields not to be set for all plans so that the subscription form for the new plan is limited to the necessary fields, but that means the user profile edit form for subscribers of the other plans can never display all their data to be maintained. Which means I think I can't implement the new plan.
I think the profile edit needs to display all fields that apply to any active plan.
Thanks,
Roger
