Fixed Date not saving as Start Date

Hi,

Not sure if this is intentionally, but the Fixed Subscription Start Date of my plan does not save as the renewed Subscription Start Date. It is not cache and the trigger active plugin is for future events. Is there a way to update these subscriptions?

When using the Fixed Subscription Start Date in the Plan settings, shouldn't this be shown in the admin as the Subscription Start Date after (re)activation?

I also use the Fixed Expiration Date and the Fixed Date seems to follow a different date format than configured.

That will only be used for new subscription records. From your screenshot, it is a renewal subscription record and it won't be used

You can try to subscribe for the plan using new user account and it should work

Hi Tuan,

That makes sense and works well with new subscriptions. My batch renewal is an import of existing members and miscellaneous start dates. For now I stripped the Start Date from Email and Subscriber views.
