Newsletter Field Mapping Acymailing

Hi Tuan,

I am struggling with the Newsletter Field Mapping and Acymailing Custom Fields. Is there a special setting or plugin?

For now matching the Custom Fields and selecting this Custom Field does not show any data in Acymailing after saving.

Mapping does not make data synchronized after saving. You will need to wait for next registration and check to see if the data from that registration synchronized to ACYMailing or not

Map the field not won't have any effect to existing registrations

Luckily I still have to import the batch, but one row and one mapped surname field does not show the data in Acymailing. 

There's not an extra setting or is there?

No, there is no extra setting needed. You should map all the fields you need. Then try to subscribe. If the data is not passed to ACYMailing as expected, please submit a support ticket and we will check it on your site for you
