Changing Subscription Plan

Hello,

I have a site where users need to sign up and pay a $50 fee, then the admin approves their account and they pay another $1500.

I had intended to have a 'Pending' plan where the users would sign up for $50, then on approval move them to a plan called 'Active' for $1500. I thought on plan change that the user would receive an email saying their plan changed and they now owe money. It doesn't seem like this is possible because the fee doesn't change in Membership Pro an the user does not receive an email.

What would be the right way to approach this?

Hi Kaitie

You can do as you setup. Then use Request Payment feature docs.joomdonation.com/membershippro/subs...ment/request-payment to send payment request to users to ask them to pay. That should work

The other option is create an upgrade option to allow to allow upgrading to current plan to new plan. Then user can login, upgrade their membership to new plan (but there will be no notification email here)
