Failure Joomla 6.0.3 and Membership pro was created by Heike Palmer
Hello,
after updating to joomla 6 i got a Error when i ad a new user and want save it.
Later the user is saved in the table but when i open it i got the 500 Error again.
switched to debug in joomla an got the following Message:
Call to undefined method Symfony\Polyfill\Mbstring\Mbstring::mb_trim()
Found the same error in the forum under OS Service booking.
There was the awnser to delete a folder and the problem was fixed.
Is it with Mebership pro the same?
Dont want to delete a folder and the anything exploded

Hi Heike
Yes. You can delete the folder libraries/omnipay3/vendor/symfony/polyfill-mbstring
The folder suppose to be deleted automatically by the system on installation/update, not sure why it is not working on your site. Please help deleting it manually
If it is possible, please contact your hosting provider support, ask them to enable mbstring extension for your hosting account www.php.net/manual/en/book.mbstring.php and the issue like that won't happen anymore
Regards,
Tuan
