Early Renewals losing days from subscriptions was created by Rusty
We have a bug when users are renewing their subscription early.
When a subscription is renewed early, the renewal dates need to be added from the original expiry date. We are finding that early renewals are setting the expiry date for 12 months after the renewal date, meaning members are losing days from their subscription when they renew early.
Is this a setting we've not configured correctly?

Hi Rusty
That should not happens. Could you please go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, check and make sure Always use expired date of previous subscription as start date of the renewal subscription config option set to No ?
If it is No and the issue still happens, please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of the site and tell us ID of the renewal subscription record which is having the issue. We are going to check to see what's wrong and get it sorted
