Hi Tuan,
I am currently in the process of moving from Membership pro to Events Booking as we no longer need the recurring subscription feature. But we are currently still taking payments via membership pro.
We seem to have an issue with payments renewing when they shouldn't in membership pro.

We have a plan called [url=https://musicbandz.co.uk/administrator/index.php?option=com_osmembership&task=subscription.edit&cid[]=38549]Rock Bandz ES 3:30-4:00pm Summer[/url] which is set up as a one off payment (not recurring) and there is no renewal option. However a parent called Fisher has had two payments taken, one labelled  NEW and the other RENEW.

Any idea why this could be happening?

Hi Jenny

You should ask that person to see how he subscribed for the plan, then we can check it from there

Hi Tuan,

So far we seem to have had this issue with 4 clients on different plans. It appears to be random which ones renew.

The plan is set up so parents can register on this page:

Hi Jen

If it is not recurring plan, I do not know why he is being charged like that. Could you please submit a support ticket sending me super user account of the site so that I can take a look at these subscription records data to see if I can see if something is wrong?
