Mass Mail Process Button doesn't work and unusual format

Hello All,
I've been having an issue with the Mass Mailer.  After I have completed the message in the Mas Mail, the Process button does not function.  
I have to first press the 'X' in the uppermost right, then re-enter the Mas Mail again and click 'process' in order for it send a mass Mail.
I also find the formatting of the Mass Mailer to be awkward (see screen capture).
Assistance is much appreciated as always.

Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site so that I can check directly on your site to see why it is not working and get it sorted ?
