Configuration Question

I can't seem to get the subscribe button to show up on the pricing table circle layout. I have been struggling for hours with this. I have made Joomla Groups, set up permissions, made plans, but if i can not get it to send visitors to joomla registration then to payment gateway and finally allow them to enter listings then i will be forced to use another extension.

Maybe it is because you set Subscribe Access of the plan to custom access level? Set it to Public should solve the issue

it is set to Public if you are talking about plan basic information.

i sure wish there was a step by step tutorial on how to use this extension. I have used chatgpt to try to set this up after hours of trial and error and it couldn't give me the steps I needed either. I am so frustrated.

That's strange. In this case, please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site and link to the page which plans are being displayed
