I am trying to setup a Free Subscription package by setting Price to 0.00, Recurring Subscription? NO,
Lifetime Membership? NO , Enable Renewal ; NO
The strange is that when user Sign for a Free Subscription package then its apeared Start Date / End Date the same and Subscription
Marked EXPIRED. What setting need for a FREE Subscription Package ?

If do not know why subscription is marked as expired as you said. In your case, do you want users to renew for this free subscription? If not, you should set Lifetime Membership set to Yes
