Audit log

One of our members records has been renewed but it appears that another transaction has also taken place to extend the length of the contract. Does Membership Pro have a log of all transactions that I can view to understand what has happened?

We do not have that kind of log. But I also do not really understand the actual issue. Could you please explain more details about it?

One of our members paid their subscription off line. The contract end date was 1/1/26, after the renewal of contract was correct 1/1/27. At sum point, whether it was something that I did or something the system managed the end date was changed to 27/12/2027.
I suspect it was something that I did but I hoped there was a log of changes that might help me understand how it happened.
