Renew options

Hi
When a user logs in and sees renew on their membership page, or uses the renew menu item it only shows the plan they are subscribed to. How do I set it to allow moving to a different plan?
 

Hi Christina,

Renew is for renewal to existing plan options. To give them a different plan expect you would need to setup the Upgrade Options Tab with the plans you want to make available to them.

As Robert said, if you want to allow users to move from one existing plan to other plans, you can create upgrade options

For users who has not subscribed for any plans, they better access to the page which display plans and choose to subscribe to the plan they want
