How do I change the Trial Subscription label ? was created by Mark Hayden

How do I change the label that is shown as Trial Subscription ? We have decided to add a small fee for the first year. However the description is misleading as it says Trial when it is not.
I would like to modify this label.

Go to Membership Pro -> Translation, find the text and change it to meet your need
