User Group Settings

Hello, 

I'm having a problem with Membership Pro (version 4.4.0) on Joomla 5.3.3.

The "User Group Settings" tab doesn't appear in my plan configuration, which prevents me from automatically adding a user to a Joomla group after activating a paid subscription.

In Extensions → Plugins, I don't see the plugin that's usually included in full installations:

OSMembership – Joomla User Integration

or
OS Membership - Joomla User Plugin

Here's a list of the plugins I currently have (screenshot attached):

User – Membership Pro

Membership Pro – User Profile

Membership Pro – Delete User Account

Membership Pro – User Files

Membership Pro – User's Coupons

… but not the Joomla group integration plugin.

Can you confirm:

If the Joomla group integration plugin should indeed be part of the 4.4.0 package?

If so, how do I get the complete package containing this plugin?

If the plugin isn't included in this edition, how do I enable the feature that automatically assigns a user to a Joomla group after subscription?

Yes. I can confirm that the plugin is included in the package. I do not know why it is not available on your site. You can submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site and we will be happy to do a quick check
