Membership Card not generating from front end

Hi

If I create a new subscription from the admin console marking them as Active straight away the PDF invoice and membership card is generated, available and emailed

If the user creates a new subscription from the front end for offline payment (the only method we currently support) only the PDF invoice is generated.  After marking them as Active in the admin console, the membership card is never generated.

I'm not sure what I'm missing that might be stopping this from working

Can someone advise?

What do you mean with member card never generated? You mean the subscriber cannot download member card from user profile ?

Or you want that when subscription record is approved, member card will be generated and send to subscriber automatically in the subscription approved email?
